Fiedler’s Contingency Model diagram analysis

 Carefully study pages 67-73 of the text, in which Fiedler’s theory is presented. On page 71 is a diagram (Figure 3-1, Fiedler’s Contingency Model). It is reproduced below for your convenient reference. Write a paper of 3-5 pages (not including your cover page and reference page) in length in which you explain that diagram. Do you agree or disagree with Fiedler? Justify your position. (Diagram as picture9) PAPER REQUIREMENTS: Most classes have a 2 paper requirement per course. Please be sure to address the following requirements when completing your papers: Cover page and reference page/s are not included in the above-stated page requirement. These should be in addition to page requirements. Papers need to be formatted in proper APA style. Each paper requires a minimum of at least three outside peer reviewed sources for your references. You could use credible business website sources in addition to these, but avoid Wikipedia and Google. These are academic papers that need to include scholarly research.
